I’ve been working with the Reynolds family for a while now, with what started as 1 kid room, turned into doing something in all 3 kids rooms. then we tackled the bonus room and now complete is the couples master bedroom retreat. our next phase is the down stairs and Sarah is ready to roll and wants to get a game plan in place before my bebe is due in March. She is always fun to work with, this time was no different. She knows she has outdated furniture pieces and relies on me to tell her to get rid of them. I usually give her an option using some of what she already has but she usually opts for the all new look with a complete overhaul 🙂
the furniture in the master bedroom was a matching set that the couple has had for a long time. I didn’t love the case good pieces with overly ornate details and instead I showed Sarah a few pieces that were more streamlined and modern. the new paint color alone made all of the difference in the world. paired with dark navy curtain panels, this room gives off the perfect amount of drama the couple was looking for. lets jump in!

I love how welcoming this small sitting area is now, the custom built-in’s added so much and it felt like they should’ve been there the entire time.

I love the way this room turned out. The drama and the mix of colors is perfect, even her hubby approves and is ready to keep on moving!!
