This builder-basic laundry room was a new construction dungeon when I first saw it. There was no natural light, only a single fluorescent strip
light and a bad floor plan. The solution was a complete gut renovation, a new functional layout with custom cabinetry utilizing the clients’
existing washer and dryer. A bold crane wallpaper, marble floor tile and polished nickel hardware and fixtures give this room a breath of
fresh air. It is literally night and day and now my client wants to actually do laundry! This project was featured in Charlotte Magazine, you can read about it here.
