i’ve had a slight love affair with the color combo of yellow and turquoise for about a year now, so i’m really happy to see that it’s become mainstream.  done correctly, it’s so fresh and unexpected!

i’m currently working on a client’s commercial office and after touring their existing space, i knew exactly what colors i wanted to use. there was already yellow and aqua going on with some of the 70’s dental equipment! although, those pieces will be replaced, the colors are spot on. the preliminary board for their new reception area…

this also makes a great scheme for a unisex nursery. i highly recommend
a brightly painted crib!
