seems we are working on lots of dining rooms lately, which is a nice change of pace. today i wanted to share my design for the dining room of client brittan dubose. i worked with her last year on her son henry’s bedroom, so i was thrilled when she reached out for help on another project!

with the room being a 13 foot square, a round table was the perfect option.
i knew exactly what table manufacturer i wanted to use.
take a look at this gorgeous hand-hewn table base.

the walls in the room are painted a soft blue and feature a border motif. brittan wanted to maintain the walls and play off the colors in the border. after looking at some beautiful fabric choices, we landed on this combination.

we’ll use the pattern on the backs of the dining chairs, a creamy leather on the seats and use the solid linen as a contrast welt. going to be gorgeous!
